Villa Genny offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property, free private parking on site with no reservation needed, family rooms, non-smoking rooms and room service. An Italian buffet breakfast is served every morning and can also be taken in the room, and there is a coffee house on site. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and offers private and express check-in and check-out, baggage storage and invoices on request.

Every room has a private bathroom with bidet, bath or shower, towels, toilet paper, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, tiled or marble floors, a private entrance, soundproofing, a socket near the bed, a seating area, an iron, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and cleaning products. Rooms look out over the garden or the town and most have a balcony.

Outside, guests find a large garden and panoramic balconies. Parking includes valet parking, a garage, an electric vehicle charging station and accessible spaces. A shuttle service, public transit tickets at an additional charge, a shared lounge and TV area, snack and drink vending machines and a designated smoking area are all available.

For those travelling on business there is a fax and photocopying service, a business centre and meeting and banquet facilities. Families are welcome with family rooms and a playground, and housekeeping is daily. Safety is covered by fire extinguishers, CCTV outside the property, key access and 24-hour security. Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply; they can stay in the back garden but not in the rooms. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only. Staff speak Italian, English and French.
